Anxiety

There are effective treatments for all types of anxiety.  Utilizing a collaborative approach, you'll learn techniques to help you relax, gain a new perspective on your worries, understand the adaptive function of your worries, and relate more effectively to your concerns. 

Treatment usually consists of one or more forms of relaxation training, as well as in-depth exploration of thoughts or assumptions you have about your fears.  Through the use of cognitive-behavioral strategies, we will address your anxieties, ease your fears, and improve your overall well-being.
